Officer Roll Call is an online system set up by the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund that allows law enforcement officers — past and present — to create their own personal profiles and share their experiences.
- Connect.
Use the system to tell your story and to connect with your colleagues. Buddies you trained with, departments you moved away from, old friends you lost touch with years ago but still keep in your thoughts and prayers — if they are in Officer Roll Call, you can use the site's search and browse tools to find out where they are now and what they've accomplished.
- Share.
When the National Law Enforcement Museum opens in 2011, Officer Roll Call will take on a new role: providing Museum visitors with a compelling portrait of policing in America. Kiosks in the Museum will allow visitors to access officer profiles to learn the story of their careers — how and why they got involved with law enforcement, notable achievements, memories and more.
- Support.
Officer Roll Call is easy to work with and safe. Any sworn law enforcement officer at the local, state, federal or tribal agency level is eligible to join. Both active and retired officers are encouraged to sign up. An optional donation supports the program and will help make the National Law Enforcement Museum a reality. Officer Roll Call makes a great gift for newly appointed, promoted or retired officers.
